The International Unit is managing a consultation on a national strategy for outward mobility on behalf of the National Strategy Steering Committee which is chaired by Professor Colin Riordan. This work follows on from the 'Recommendations to support UK Outward Student Mobility' report (see item below), published in March 2012.

Encouraging a more strategic approach to outward mobility will  result in more of our students and staff experiencing the transformative effect of studying abroad. The purpose of this consultation is to capture  the views of a wide range of stakeholders within and associated with the sector.
